The Galvanos I Our Story
Our story starts with our family's dedication to protect. Following in my father and grandfather's footsteps, I, Salvatore Galvano, served 25 years as a first responder in Newark, New Jersey as a Police Officer, EMT and SWAT Cell Leader. For someone who dreads the cold winters, Florida was our family's sweet escape to a better quality of life. After my retirement, relocating down to the sunshine state was the best decision we ever made.
OnCall Home Watch started as soon as we moved into the new place we called home. Many residents in Southwest Florida are primarily seasonal, which means they spend time elsewhere for part of the year. Like many members of law enforcement know, an empty home is a vulnerable home. My inclination for safety and trustworthiness led my neighbors to recommend I launch a service I haven't even considered for myself. Naturally, my community around me began asking to take a look at their home while they were away. Since then, it didn't take long to grow. Given my experience and a simple love for helping others, starting a home watch business was a perfect fit.
My family knows how organized and highly motivated I am. My attention to detail and effective problem solving skills pair well with our goal: to effectively manage and look after your home, even if you are thousands of miles away.
