Basic Safety Service Package Includes
- Inspection report completed throughout every homewatch examination.
- Prompt news of any abnormalities or issues found.
- Verify electrical panel for tripped breakers, and verify that all possible damage causing electronics are powered down/unplugged
- Check that all windows and doors area unit properly secure to stop break-ins.
- Walk exterior perimeter of single family homes to see pool condition, screening, signs of vandalisms, etc.
- Visual examination for signs of insects and or rodents.
- Post storm visual inspections for severe weather injury.
- Check that A/C is cooling properly and reset thermostat and humidistat settings.
- Run taps, sink disposals, and flush bathrooms and make sure main water valve is turned off once examination.
- Check for proof of water leaks and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
- Visual examination throughout property together with lanai and garage.
